This beautiful flower paper is handmade on Réunion island off the coast of Madagascar. Artists create the pulp for the paper from locally grown bushes, then lay it on screens. While the pulp is drying they press flower petals and leaves into the wet pulp to create these gorgeous designs. Finally, it dries by the light of the moon for a week.
The flowers and ferns are all natural, we suggest you frame the piece showing a deckled edge and using UV protective glass.
